- High-powered magnetic sweep across the yard, driveway, and surrounding grounds for loose nails
- Load, haul away, and dispose of all old shingles and roofing trash in an on-site dumpster
- Property left broom-clean daily
- Deck Prep & Underlayment: inspect plywood decking for soft spots or rot; install 2 rolls of self-adhering Ice & Water Shield along eaves and valleys; roll out 4 rolls of heavy-duty synthetic underlayment
- Eaves & Edges: install 18 pieces (180 LF) of aluminum drip edge; lay 6 bundles of starter strip shingles along eaves and rakes
- Shingle Installation: install 19.5 squares (59 bundles incl. 10% waste) of 30-year Architectural Asphalt Shingles with galvanized roofing coil nails
- Ventilation & Flashings: replace 3 pipe boot collars with new neoprene collars; install 15 pieces (60 LF) of shingle-over plastic ridge vent; cap with 3 bundles of hip & ridge cap shingles; seal flashing joints with high-temp sealant

included unless agreed in writing.

**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
**This price is strictly for the work listed above. It does not include replacing damaged or
rotted plywood roof decking ($75–$90 per 4x8 sheet replaced as a separate charge), structural
rafter repairs, chimney flashing rebuilding, gutter replacement, or handling double-layer
tear-offs. Any hidden deck rot or structural damage found after stripping old shingles will
require an approved change order before repairs are made.
Warranty:
**12 months workmanship.

· Total Project Cost: $12,000.00
· Deposit to Schedule: $6,000.00 (due upon signing)
· Balance: 12 monthly payments of $500.00 (first payment 30 days after deposit)
